Dear Brother Said:
Your most moving and eloquent letter of some weeks ago is very
deeply appreciated. It is heartening to know of the many
people who stand with us in spirit, and to rejoice in the mutual
support which this bond affords us.
It is impressive to hear of your true Islamic spirit in wishing
to go to Iran to assist in the struggle. We are doing everything
possible to assist in making arrangements for you to go among
your brothers and sisters in Iran, and to serve God by your
willingness to be of service to others.
May the blessings of Allah be on you and your family. We will
be in touch with you in the near future.
Sincerely yours,
Shahriar Rouhani
Spokesman of the Interim Committee to
Oversee the Iranian Diplomatic Corps
in the United States
